About us

Hiraeth Training Services stands out as a dedicated provider committed to revolutionising the health and social care sector. Founded by Rhodri, Kitiaria and Matthew. Both Rhodri and Kitiaria have worked their way up from support workers, navigating the challenges of the sector firsthand. Alongside us is Matthew, who, despite a differing business background, recognizes the urgent need for change in health and social care.

Our programs are meticulously crafted to address specific gaps we’ve identified in existing training methods, ensuring they are tailored, engaging, and impactful. No more death by powerpoint, or spam clicking through online training. We prioritize individualized learning experiences that are both enjoyable and memorable, employing techniques proven to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and ultimately, knowledge retention.

Bespoke Training

We design training courses from the ground up to meet the unique requirements of your organisation. Our process includes regular revisions to fine-tune the course to your specific needs.
